Exercise works best for women as it does for men, but they both cannot or should not do same exercises. This is mainly because of the fact that the structural difference requires variations in exercises for both. In this context let’s discuss hands close pushups.

You might be thinking that this exercise should be a daily routine. Well, it’s good but not necessary to do this exercise daily, else doing it in alternate days is a fairly better option. Make sure that, by putting your hands closer, you work more your triceps, rather than your chest. This helps removing extra fats from your arms, making them smart and strong.

The best way to do hands close pushups is to get on your knees, in pushup position, move your hands about so that your thumbs are about 6 inches apart.

There’s no hard and fast rule for the number of pushups at a particular time, instead do as many pushups as you can, and do in 3 to 4 sets.
