2)      Eating in chunks work better in a weight loss campaign, so don’t eat too much at once, instead break up meals into 5 to 6 small intervals.

3)      Eat more fruits and vegetables so that you get enough vitamins.

4)      Reduce your fat intake – try for no more than 20 grams per day.

5)      Exercise really helps a lot and if you make it for 30 minutes each day, it’ll work perfect – take a walk, or play a game with your kids. Just get moving.
