<p>1)      Make sure to have 8-10 glasses of water intake each day: Drinking enough water will help your body get rid of impurities and fat. It will boost your metabolism too.</p>
<p>2)      Eating in chunks work better in a weight loss campaign, so don’t eat too much at once, instead break up meals into 5 to 6 small intervals.</p>
<p>3)      Eat more fruits and vegetables so that you get enough vitamins.</p>
<p>4)      Reduce your fat intake &#8211; try for no more than 20 grams per day.</p>
<p>5)      Exercise really helps a lot and if you make it for 30 minutes each day, it’ll work perfect &#8211; take a walk, or play a game with your kids. Just get moving.</p>
